It's a beautiful snowy morning, and I'm staying inside and posting photos from the last few weeks. Evangeline got a new toy bear and a sweater from Emily, and she's just learning how to play with toys. I really think she just chomped on the bear because it was in the way of getting her hands to her mouth, but she's getting there! :-)

We also went on a walk with the Swintecks, which, of course, she slept through. I guess a warm bunting where she can't move her arms and being carried around by daddy is pretty great!

Click the picture to view all the photos. Evangeline is smiling a lot these days, but it's hard to catch it just right! And we went to her first party at a friends' house in Brookfield, and she couldn't be the only kid not dressed up!

These "One Month" photos were taken a week ago now. We tried to capture some real smiles, since she's definitely getting that figured out, but she wasn't having any of it that night!

Picturing Evangeline peaceful before her bath - and then not quite so happy! We think she's channeling Fawful from Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga - I HAVE FURY YOU FINK-RATS!!

Also, visual proof that she has learned to accept, with some trepidation, both a pacifier and the sling. Way to go, baby!
